We are strongly committed to respecting the privacy of our users and recognize the need for protection of any information collected and/or collated by us. In the event of the Company collecting “Personal data” from a minor the Company will take steps to remove that information from the Company server and records.

All classes will be recorded for quality assurance and competence of our personnel, render services, resolve any complaints the user has, ensure the user receives the highest quality of classes, maintain the standard of the Platform, and assessment of mentors only. If the recording is required by the court of law, the Company will hand over the specific class recording only unless the court specifies otherwise. The user will not access, modify, download any content on the Company website (unless given prior permission by the managing partner, second and/or third partner) for personal or non-commercial purposes. This includes downloading, printing, copying, selling, preparing, distributing content used on the Platform.

The user shall ensure that they will not provide any content to the Platform that may be inappropriate, defamatory, illegal or any content that infringes the personal rights of others. The Platform reserves the right to suspend any such user from the Company and also refuse to provide any service provided by the Company to such users. The user shall agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only and the user also agrees that they will not in any capacity violate any laws or regulations.

The Platform collects “Personal Data” which includes information any Information that relates to a natural person through which an individual is identified, such as the name, contact details, email address or any other relevant information to provide the user with adequate services including communicating to the mentor the age and name of the user’s child. Email ID/mobile numbers are collected from the user for communication purposes. The Platform also collects locational information to send out packages for material required for the class/ products to the user, that the user has payed for through the Platforms secure payment integration method. In order to receive services from the Company, the user must pay the Company through the secure payment methods integrated on the Platform. These details the user provides are secure and will not be used by the Company. The platform also collects “non-personal information” to decipher the quality of classes and for the user to avail of the services offered by the platform.

All users reserve the right to their own personal information as provided under the application of the law. These rights include such as but are not limited to, accessing, confirming, and reviewing personal information the user may have provided. The user reserves the right to correct or delete any personal information that may be inaccurate or irrelevant. The user may also object to or form of processing they/she/he may not be comfortable with.

For all the products available on our platform, the average number of days the product will take to reach the consumer is a minimum of 5 business days. All addresses provided for products will also be treated as the user’s personal information. 

The Company hereby swears to delete any information of the user based on a request received from the user within a reasonable period and latest within 90 (ninety) days of receiving a deletion request. Company may retain data after account deletion for reasons including but limited to the following purposes: If there is an unresolved issue relating to the user’s account, an unresolved claim or dispute; If the Company is required to do so by applicable law; or Company may also retain certain information if necessary for its legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention and enhancing Users’ safety and security.
